Job Description:

Provide operational support in the achievement of defined HR strategies and policies for all employees, enabling better understanding of operational goals and objectives.

THE JOB 

  • Carryout HR Analytics to identify trends and provide specific information about operations.
  • Develop and manage employee-related programs, such as work experience and internships.
  • Coordinate company’s special events such as: Board Meetings, JCC meetings, General staff meeting.
  • Process documentation relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, leave, etc).
  • Provide input as applicable in the creation, review and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Monitor intra & inter movement of staff files within the department.
  • Support logistics for training & development programs and other HR projects and liaise with external training bodies as required.

Job Description:

THE JOB 

  • Facilitate and Train plant team on continuous improvement tools – waste elimination, Loss cost metrics/ VSM mapping to identify cost saving initiatives annually for the BU.
  • Facilitate weekly waste reduction performance dialogue with support from Finance to review and improve BU performance to achieve targeted waste reduction initiatives.
  • Drive and lead improvement project for the group to deliver committed Savings and capability development.

Job Description:

To ensure efficient operation, install, test, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures within the factory and offices.

THE JOB 

  • Participate in the installation of new equipment and machinery in the factory and offices.
  • Carry out routine preventive maintenance on all electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances and fixtures in the factory and offices.
  • Prepare requisition list for electrical materials requirement for the approval of Maintenance Engineer (Electrical).
  • Ensure good housekeeping and maintenance of electrical appliances and fittings in compliance with GMP and HSE standards.

Job Description:

Maintain the store and coordinate the movement of stock (receipt, processing, storage and issuance) in line with laid down policies and procedures.

THE JOB 

  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of security and control measures for all stock held within the function.
  • Initiate purchase orders for materials in line with procedures, standing orders and financial regulations.
  • Receive stock from vendors ensuring quantity and quality are consistent with documentation on the Local Purchase Order (LPO).
  • Ensure timely, accurate and complete documentation of all transactions pertaining to storage and dispatch from the store.
  • Ensure stock is properly handled and stored in appropriate locations and good conditions.
  • Coordinate the removal and disposal of redundant stock in all store areas in compliance with company guidelines.
  • Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile physical stock with records.

Job Description:

To provide support for the smooth running of the organisation by carrying out administrative activities.

THE JOB 

  • Co-ordinate schedules, arrange and confirm appointments and manage correspondence for the SM.
  • Follow up with SM’s direct reports on execution of meeting action plans.
  • Work with Production Planning department to ensure 100% availability of raw and packaging materials.
  • Responsible for analyzing reports for the SM and providing necessary information for SM and HODs.
