Tinubu’s Cap: A Symbol of Deception and Disappointment

Phrank Shaibu, the Special Assistant on Communications to former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, has stated that the design on President Bola Tinubu’s cap has become a symbol of political trickery and disillusionment among his fans.

Shaibu announced this in a statement titled “De-cap-itated!” which was released on Monday.

According to him, the once-highly sought-after item has become a burden for merchants who offer it.

He stated, “The loss of the German army resulted in the swastika becoming an item never to be shown again in public areas.

“Similarly, the Emilokan hats have become relics of political trickery and disillusionment in the wardrobes of individuals who formerly wore them.

Even the once-enthusiastic merchants who proudly exhibited Emilokan hats at busy intersections and key street corners are now burdened by them.

“What was once a valued emblem of political zeal has become an unwelcome relic, accumulating dust because no one bothers to ask for them anymore.

“The caps, once seen as a beacon of hope and power, have now turned into silent reminders of promises unfulfilled, leaving these sellers with a product that has lost its allure and meaning.”
