Okon of Lagos Warns Against Plastic Surgery Consequences

The rising prevalence of plastic surgery among young women has been denounced by well-known Nigerian actor Ime Bishop, better known as Okon of Lagos.
Bishop cautioned that altering one’s physique is contrary to God’s original plan.
As people strive for perfection, the thespian questioned why people are assuming the position of “project supervisor” for God’s creation.

Speaking on social media, he urged people to value and honor their inherent beauty, which is a gift from God.

Bishop acknowledged individual autonomy while highlighting the possible dangers and ethical ramifications of plastic surgery.

He said, “God creates you, you finish, you choose on your own, by yourself to be God’s project supervisor.” When you are finished, God submits the work to himself.

When you finish eehhn, you grab God’s work that he didn’t submit, carry it, and start marking. You apply red biro, and after marking, you say, “Adjust the eyes, next time, put more effort on the waist, straighten the b*mb*m.”

“Go edit God’s creation. You mean that if you put more effort into your legs and straighten your hips, it won’t be a problem because you’re rectifying God’s work? In case you were unaware, it has repercussions.
