Job Description:
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient and quality output.
- Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Implement and monitor adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Lead and supervise production staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to maintain product quality standards.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain to ensure materials availability.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.
- Proficiency in using production management software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
