Process Operator – Golden Pasta / Snacks
Job Specifications:
- Full Time
- Required Qualifications: OND
- Location: Ogun | Nigeria.
Job Description:
- Operate the human-machine interface of the machinery to start up the plant, run the production lines and shut down.
- Conduct continuous inspection and monitoring of key process parameters to identify abnormality and make necessary adjustment. Implements the proper response, including notifying the supervisors.
- Regularly check product output to correct quality defects and any machine related flaws
- Perform autonomous maintenance on the process lines to prevent breakdown.
- Responsible for maintaining detailed reports of operations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- National Diploma (ND) in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5 O’ level credits including English & Mathematics in not more than 2 sittings.
Experience:
- At least 3 years related experience.
The Person Must:
- Be able to read and interpret flow diagram
- Possess good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skill.
- Have basic computer skill.
- Have good communication skill.
Electrician- Goldenpasta/Snacks
Job Specifications:

Job Description:
- Analyze and troubleshoot automated systems and high precision equipment.
- Promptly attend to any electrical faults on production lines with minimum time required
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on machines and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and replace faulty electrical components of machine such as frequency Drives, motors, Programable Logic Controllers, etc.
- Document and analyze test result such as infra-red thermometer readings
- Carry out preventive and other maintenance activities on packaging machines.
The Person Must

- Possess good electrical aptitude and troubleshooting skill.
- Have basic computer skill.
- Be able to work independently.
Qualification and Requirement:

Process Operator(Breakfast Cereal) – Golden Pasta
Job Specifications:
- Full Time
- Required Qualifications: OND

Job Description:
- Operate breakfast cereals drum dryer in line with standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure products meets the required specifications.
- Perform autonomous maintenance on the drum dryer, kitchen and CIP plant to prevent breakdown.
- Ensure machines are set up at the beginning of shift to ensure they are in proper working order.
- Perform the adjustment of drum dryer and roller dryer gap to determine flake sizes, thickness and moisture content
- Troubleshoot problems during machine operations.
- Carry out parameter adjustments for the right moisture content, flakes thickness and colour.
The Person Must
- Have good communication skills
- Possess good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities
- Be attentive to details and computer skills
Qualification and Requirement:
- OND in Science or Engineering related discipline

generator Electrician – Golden Pasta
Job Specifications:
- Full Time

Job Description:
- Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance on Diesel Generators, Jenbacher gas generator, gas turbine, air compressors, chillers and other related utilities equipment.
- Ensure the efficient running of the Generators/Turbine and related Power Plant equipment.
- Carryout basic troubleshooting on medium/low voltage switchgears.
- Carryout planned maintenance and troubleshooting on electrical pumps.
- Effectively utilise spares for generator repairs and avoid stock out.
Qualification and Requirement:
- National Diploma (ND) in Engineering or sciences related disciplines.
- 5 O’ level credits including English & Mathematics in not more than 2 sittings.
Experience:
- At least 3 years related experience in a related industry/capacity

Job Specifications:

Job Description:
- Promptly attend to any mechanical faults on production lines with minimum time required.
- Carry out preventives and corrective maintenance on machines and equipment.
- Identify root cause of machine breakdown to enhance prompt resolution.
- Troubleshoot and replace faulty mechanical drives, Gears, Valves etc.
- Assist and stand in for the supervisor to ensure smooth coordination of unit’s activities
Qualification and Requirement:
- OND in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Maintenance Engineering
- 5 0’ level credits including English and Mathematics in not more than 2 sittings
Experience:
- At least 3 years related experience.

Job Specifications:

- Required Qualifications: SSCE
- Location: Ogun | Nigeria.
Job Description:
- Operate the Packing Machine in line with the Standard Operating Procedure.
- Perform autonomous maintenance on the Packing machines to prevent down time.
- Monitor product quality to identify deviations from specification.
- Ensure that regular and preventive maintenance procedures are carried out.
- Periodically perform routine safety checks on every machine line.
- Log all information and periodically report to relevant supervisors.
- Have good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
- Have good communication skills.
- Have basic computer skills
