Emergency Responders Save Trapped Students & Teachers | Plateau School Collapse

The Plateau State Police Command has announced that emergency responders are attempting to rescue children and instructors trapped in the rubble of a school building that collapsed in the state.
previously reported that a terrible building collapse occurred at Saint Academy in Busa Buji, Jos North LGA, Plateau State, trapping many kids beneath rubble.

The two-story facility, which housed secondary school students, collapsed during school hours on Friday, at 11 a.m., while tests were underway.

According to SaharaReporters, anxious parents have rushed to the scene, stricken by grief.and learned that emergency responders, including troops and police, had stormed the area to rescue the trapped pupils.

Alfred Alabo, spokesperson for the Plateau police command, verified the event to SaharaReporters on Friday and stated that rescue attempts were ongoing.We are still investigating, we are here with the commissioner of police and other government agencies to ensure that we rescue them,” he said.
