Davido Calls for Action on Nigeria’s Leadership Issues

Nigerian Afrobeats icon David Adeleke, also known as Davido, has stated that what Nigeria lacks is exceptional leadership to turn things right.
The artist emphasized the value of strong leadership in moving Nigeria and Africa to greater heights.
According to Lagmen Net, during a recent interview with Elevate Africa, Davido discussed Nigerians’ persistence and the likelihood of the country making amazing progress under the leadership of skilled leaders.
He observed that, while Nigerians are exceptionally adaptable and determined, a lack of visionary leadership has hampered the country’s progress.

Despite the problems that many face, Davido emphasized Nigerians’ global effect as a tribute to their perseverance and influence.

He stated: “We can’t move on without…The most important thing right now is to have the best leaders.

In an attempt to answer the question, “Where do you think Africa should be by now, and how can we get there through music?” Davido focused on Nigerians’ persistence, emphasizing their ability to prosper in hard conditions.
“I tell people that if they can live in Lagos or Nigeria, then they can survive elsewhere. I believe we are survivors; we have great willpower.

“Everyone in the world knows someone from Nigeria. Whether you are Chinese or…You have Nigerian friends all over the world. I fly for shows.

There are Nigerian eateries and communities there. It merely demonstrates that we are a force.

“I believe that the only thing that is missing is the appropriate leaders to guide us. “I don’t think anything can stop us once we get that right,” he said.
