This notice informs the public and potential applicants that the Federal College of Medical Laboratory Science and Technology, Jos is currently accepting applications for admission to its Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) Program and other certificate courses.
Entry Requirements for Medical Laboratory Technician Programme (MLT)
- GCE/NECO and WAEC with credit in five (5) subjects which must include Biology, Chemistry, English Language, Mathematics and Physics obtained at not more than two (2) sittings. All results should not be more than 5 years prior to enrolment.
- Course Duration:Three (3) years
Entry Requirements for Fellow (FMLSCN)
- Holders of Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS) Certificate or Associate Certificate of
Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (AMLSCN) and should have a current practicing license with 2 years post NYSC experience.
Method of Application:
Application forms are obtained from the Accounts Department of the College upon payment of non-refundable fee of N10,000.00 MLT N15,000.00 Fellow (FMLSCN)
Applicants are to obtain the TSA payment procedure from the Accounts Department of the College, situated at JUTH Old Site, Jos.
Closing Date:
Duly completed application forms should be addressed and sent to: The Provost/CEO, Federal College of Medical Laboratory Science and Technology, P.M.B. 2253, Jos, Plateau State
- Not later than Friday, 1st August, 2024
MLT Entrance examination: Monday 5th August, 2024 at the College Permanent Site, Lamingo, Jos.
