Mr. Macaroni Addresses Controversy Over Children’s Skit

Adebowale “Debo” Adedayo, also known as Mr. Macaroni, has responded to the controversy over a reenactment of his famed “Daddy Wa” farce.
Lagmen Net is aware that a video of children copying the comedian’s routine has gone viral.
The children dressed in adult costume for the reenactment, portraying Mr. Macaroni’s sugar daddy, an interested young girl, and his wife, respectively.

However, users attacked the video, saying it was inappropriate for children.

Mr. Macaroni responded with a statement on X, urging parents and guardians to be cautious when including youngsters in content creation.

He emphasized the need of exhibiting their talents at a right age, putting their well-being and supervision before of viral moments.

His statement reads: “Dear parents and guardians, I understand your desire to make the most of your children’s unique talents. However, I strongly feel that we should proceed with prudence. We must highlight their abilities in ways suited for their ages. We must prioritize our children and groom them properly. In this method, we may enhance their talent’s durability and permanence rather than just a quick viral moment. That guidance is what we owe to children and our society. “My love, always.”
