FIFA World Cup: Candidates for 2030 and 2034 editions submit bid books

Moroccan, Spanish, and Argentine football federations have submitted bid books to FIFA.

Gianni Infantino stated on Monday that the organization will now consider bids from the primary 2030 potential hosts as well as Saudi Arabia, which wants to host the 2034 football spectacular.

Infantino spoke from Paris before the ideas were published.

The Italian revealed that plans had been given over by the FA presidents of the 2030 main hosts, Morocco, Spain, and Portugal, as well as Argentina, Paraguay, and Uruguay, who are scheduled to host the tournament’s first three games to honor the World Cup’s 100th anniversary.

Saudi Arabia also submitted a bid book and accompanying documentation for the 2034 finals.

Following the formal submission deadline of Wednesday (July 31st), the plans will be published on FIFA’s website.

The Extraordinary FIFA Congress will pick the 2030 and 2034 hosts in Q4 of this year.

“When it comes to winning the right of hosting the (FIFA) World Cup, we know that the discussions are very fierce” , remarked Infantino.
